“You can't do sketches enough. Sketch everything and keep your curiosity fresh.”

Sketchy Animal Prompt:
‘100 Animals in 100 Days! This time it’s personal!’

This is “Round Two” of our Sketchy Animals challenge – draw 100 Animals in 100 Days!

Check out our first 25 (but secretly 26) creatures here: Sketchy Animals!

Over the last few weeks, we’ve scoured the earth (and Pinterest) for interesting animals to capture in our sketchy nets. We’ve met some new friends; spent some time playing with watercolour and gouache paint; and generally had a fun time creating creatures.

If you’re sketching along with us, don’t be disheartened if you miss a day! There are other days just around the corner! Take a breath, hitch up your painting slacks, and start fresh tomorrow.

Happy sketching, friends!
