Sketchy Animal Prompt:
‘100 Animals in 100 Days! It’s still personal, and now we’re a bit sleepy!’

This is “Round 3” of our Sketching Animals challenge – “Draw 100 Animals in 100 Days!”

Make sure you’ve checked out our first 25 Sketchy Animals (but secretly 26), and even MORE Sketchy Animals (the next 25). With this post, we’ll reach 75 Sketchy Animals! *insert mathematical chortle here*.

Now full disclosure – the wheels fell off my sketchy wagon during this challenge, and my aim to draw all the animals in 100 consecutive days … well … that didn’t happen. Mostly because I was on a road trip and eating lots of pancakes, and mostly because I was tired (maybe from eating all the pancakes).

However! The moral of this sketchy adventure, is that regardless of road-trips or pancakes or long rests in small cars – the art will wait for you! Uncap your pen when you can, and the spark of illustrative magic will release – much like a kraken arising from the deep.

Happy sketching, friends!
